Todd en- joys cooking and wanted to try his hand at running a restaurant but had to wait for the right space to become available. Lucky for us, it did. Open since November, Sprout serves homemade salads, wraps, grain bowls and soups using the freshest ingredients. Customers can order menu items or create a custom salad or wrap from the 50-plus ingredients they have on hand. Already they've won over a group of loyal customers who spread the word on their favorite items such as the Dorian, Sedona, Endless Summer and more.
